Making money online can be a very frustrating and tedious process. Many people flock online in hopes of finding the golden ticket that will have them earning truckloads of money overnight. Well this is simply not the case, that is unless you have some new product that will solve the problems of the masses. Once people realize there’s more to making money online than just putting up a blog and some ads they all too foten simply give up.

Well, money can be made online if you’re willing to work for it. There are many opportunities that can be found, and there are many pitfalls that can have one trapped. One of these is the age old snake oil salesman (gurus) that makes promises of earning overnight riches for a small fee of $97. Once you get their product you are often left with information that could’ve been freely found on a few of the more prominent marketing forums. Even if the information is good you will still need to do one thing….TAKE ACTION! Even with all the information that is out there you must still be willing to spend some time and effort actually utilizing these methods. Then and only then will you make money online. If you are lazy and are looking for that “get rich quick” scheme then I am here to tell you that you will be greatly disappointed.

Now, how am I making money online? Currently I am using several methods to make money online. Google Adsense currently earns me the most monthly on a consistent basis. I also have recently started affiliate marketing with cost per action companies like Never Blue Ads, which pays out on a per lead basis. One of my newest projects involves the newly revamped Ebay Partner Network, which pays publishers a portion of the FVF when an eBay member wins an auction. I’ve only recently started with eBay, so my earnings are virtually nothing, but hopefully with some new niche sites built around this it will start producing.

Now there are numerous other affiliate sites that one can make money with. I recommend you find something that matches your needs and go from there.  Methods of promoting your sites and affiliate products also vary greatly and I’ll discuss more of that later.   There are also some more unconventional methods of making money online that I am testing, and once I know they are profitable I’ll post the results here.
